After you’ve been using pulse check-ins for a little while, you’ll want to see how you're doing over time. The TripleGoal platform makes it easy. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Log in to the TripleGoal Learning Platform:
• Go to the login page of the TripleGoal Learning Platform.

Access the Left Side Panel:
• Once logged in, go to the left side panel of the app. Under the “Tools” section, click on “Pulse Check-Ins”.
• Click "View Past Results".
3. Change the Behaviours Bars:
• For each behaviour you’re tracking (like “stays calm under pressure”), you’ll see a coloured bar showing how your feedback scores have changed over time.
4. Look at the Triple Goal Chart:
• Every 8 weeks, the system also asks about the Triple Goal (Great Performance, Great Learning, Great Workplace)
• These questions are automatically added in, and the results show up as a line graph on your dashboard. You’ll see whether your actions are contributing to a stronger team and better culture.
• If you're checking in every 2 weeks, you’ll get these Triple Goal results every 4th check-in (i.e. every 8 weeks). If you're checking in every 8 weeks, you'll see them each time.
5. Use the Feedback to Reflect and Grow:
• Look for patterns:
Is your score on a behaviour improving?
Did feedback dip after a stressful month?
What’s one thing you could try differently next time?
