- Log in to the TripleGoal Learning Platform:
- Go to the login page of the TripleGoal learning platform.
2. Access the Left Side Panel:
- Once logged in, go to the left side panel of the app. Under the “Library” section, click on “Meditate”.
3. Select Your Mindfulness Practice:
- Depending on your need, you'll see multiple mindfulness practices in this section, such as:
- Stress and Resilience
- Thoughts and a Busy Mind
- Mindful Stretching
- Kids Meditation
- This section offers proven mindfulness practices for cultivating awareness. Subscribers can access the full collection of meditations. Start with 10-minute tracks to deepen understanding, then explore other lengths at your convenience. The goal is independent practice guided by your innate wisdom.
