What should I do if I forget my password?

Here's a step-by-step guide for retrieving your password. This guide should help you successfully retrieve and reset your password. If you encounter any issues, remember to check your spam or junk folder in case the reset email was filtered there.

1. Navigate to the Forgot Password Page:

• Go to the login page of the TripleGoal Learning Platform.
• Look for and click on the "Forgot Password".

2. Enter Your Email Address:

• Type in the work email address associated with your account.
• Click on the "Submit" button.

3. Check Your Email:

• Access your email inbox.

4. Open the Password Reset Email:

• Open the email titled “Let’s reset your password”.

NOTE: The reset password link remains active for 24 hours from the time of request. If a new request is generated, the previous link will automatically expire and cannot be used. Once the password has been successfully reset, the link also becomes invalid.

5. Click on the Password Reset Link:

• Inside the email, find and click on the link that says "Simply click here to set a new password."

6. Set Your New Password:

• You will be redirected to a new page.
• Enter your desired new password in the designated field.

7. Confirm Your New Password:

• Re-enter the new password exactly as you typed it before.

8. Click on Reset Password:

• Find and click on the "Reset Password" button.

9. Confirmation of Password Reset:

• A pop-up or a new page will confirm that "Your password has been reset successfully."
• Click on the "Ok".

10. Enter Your New Login Details:

• Return to the login page of the TripleGoal Learning Platform.
• Enter your email address and the new password you just set.
• Click on the "Login" button to access your account with the new password.
