How to download my LGP report?

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to navigate and download your LGP reports.

1. Log in to the TripleGoal Learning Platform:

• Go to the login page of the TripleGoal Learning Platform.

2. Access the Left Side Panel:

• Once logged in, look to the left side panel of the app. Under the section labelled “Tools”, click on “Growth Profile”.

3. Navigate to the Assessment Management Page:

• Clicking on “Growth Profile” will direct you to the “Assessment Management” page.

4. View Your Own Assessment Results:

• On the “Assessment Management” page, locate the “My Assessments” section.
• Here, you can view your own assessment results.

5. Download Your Updated LGP Report:

• To download your personal assessment report, simply click on the “Download Report” button next to your result.
• The updated LGP report will be downloaded to your device.

6. Troubleshooting Download Issues:

• If you're having trouble downloading the PDF report, check your browser settings. There may be a pop-up notification blocking the download.
• Go to the URL. On the left side of the 'star' symbol, see if there is this icon:

• If yes, click on it. A "Pop-ups blocked:" message will appear.
• If this happens, choose "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://my.triplegoal.com".
• Then, click "Done" to enable the download.

7. View Your Assessment for Others:

• If you want to view the LGP assessments you've completed for others, navigate to the “Assess Others” section of the page.
