If you’ve already set up a check-in but want to make changes? No problem! You don’t need to start from scratch. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

Log in to the TripleGoal Learning Platform:
• Go to the login page of the TripleGoal Learning Platform.

Access the Left Side Panel:
• Once logged in, go to the left side panel of the app. Under the “Tools” section, click on “Pulse Check-Ins”.
• Click "Edit Active Check-in".
3. Change the Behaviours You’re Tracking:
• Simply go into your check-in settings and select new behaviours or edit the ones you already picked. You can also update any custom behaviour you created.
4. Change How Often You Get Check-Ins:
• You can update your rhythm.
• For example, from every 4 weeks to every 2 weeks.
• Just remember to update the start date for the new cycle so it aligns with the rhythm rules (e.g. at least 2 weeks after your last check-in if you're using a 2-week cycle).
5. Change Who Gives You Feedback:
• You can add or remove people from your evaluator list anytime. Just be sure they know what to expect.
• Once you make changes, those updates will apply from the next check-in onward. They won’t affect any surveys already completed.
