Setting up your Pulse Check-Ins is a simple process that helps you get regular, bite-sized feedback on your leadership behaviours. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
-
Log in to the TripleGoal Learning Platform:
• Go to the login page of the TripleGoal Learning Platform.
-
Access the Left Side Panel:
• Once logged in, go to the left side panel of the app. Under the “Tools” section, click on “Pulse Check-Ins”.
• Click "Create Check-in".
• Click "Get started".
3. Choose the Behaviours You Want to Grow:
• You’ll start by selecting the leadership behaviours you want feedback on. These come from TripleGoal’s unique framework:
• Green Zone behaviours (like being calm under pressure or showing empathy)
• Red Zone behaviours (like being reactive, avoidant or controlling)
• You can choose up to four behaviours in total, and it’s recommended you pick a mix. For example, two Green Zone and two Red Zone. This helps you get a more complete picture of your leadership habits.
• You also have the option to edit the wording of any behaviour, or write your own if something specific matters to you.
4. Set How Often You Want to Check-In:
• This is called your “cadence”. You decide how often the system should collect feedback. Think of this like setting a reminder for how often you want to pause, reflect, and check your progress.
• Choose a date and time when you want your first check-in to happen (called the “baseline check-in”).
• Then select how frequently you want to repeat the check-ins:
Every 2 weeks
Every 4 weeks
Or every 8 weeks
• Make sure your first recurring check-in happens at least as many weeks after the baseline as your chosen rhythm. For example:
• If your baseline check-in is on November 13 and you picked a 2-week cadence, your next check-in must be November 27 or later.
5. Choose Your Evaluators:
• Pick the people you trust to give you honest input. This might be: (1) your team, (2) a manager, (3) peers or colleagues you work closely with.
• They’ll receive a short, easy-to-answer survey based on the behaviours you selected. Most people complete it in less than a minute.
5. Final Checking:
• Lastly, you’ll see a final review screen where you can double-check everything.
• Then click to confirm, and your pulse check-in is ready to go!
