This article walks you through how to capture your workbook answers and reflect your Triple Goal in the Learning Centre - ensuring your leadership growth is recorded, visible, and ready to build on.

1. Log in to the TripleGoal Learning Platform:
   • Go to the login page of the TripleGoal Learning Platform.

2. Access the Left Side Panel:

• Once logged in, go to the left side panel of the app. Under the “Library” section, click on “Learn”.

3. Select Your E-Learning Program:

• Depending on your license, you'll see one of the following programs:
  • Vertical Growth Program
  • Leadership Growth Profile
  • Team Development Program

For example, if you are assigned to the Vertical Growth Program, click on "Explore full program".

4. Navigate to the Modules:

• On the left side panel, you'll see the “Modules” section. This will show you the different modules for your assigned program.

5. Navigate the E-Learning Section:

• In the green section (e-learning), choose the desired Module you wish to explore.

6. Navigate the Workbook (Activities):

• To access the Activities (yellow section), click on the "Workbook".
• This will lead you to the various activities tied to the module, which you can complete as part of your learning journey.
• Go to Activity 1: Your Triple Goal. Scroll down to "Part 2: Defining your Triple Goal".
• Enter your Triple Goal.

7. Navigate to Triple Goal:

• Go back to the Triple Goal section on the left side of the learning platform. From there, you'll see your recorded Triple Goal - Great Performance, Great Learning, and Great Workplace.
