How to assess a leader as an evaluator?

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to assess a leader.

1. Email Notification:

• Go to your work email address and check if you have received a similar email notification below.

  2. Access the TripleGoal Learning Platform:

• Click "Here" on the email to go directly to the assessment.

3. Navigate the Assessment Management Page:

• Once clicked, you will be directed to the page with your available or pending assessments.
• Look for the assessment where you do an assessment for a colleague as a peer.
• Once identified, click on "Complete survey".

4. Take the Assessment:

• Once clicked, two pop-up notifications will appear. Click "Start the Survey" on the first notification and "Continue" on the second.

• Once clicked, the assessment will appear. Choose the option that best describes the peer being evaluated, then click the right arrow at the bottom of each question to move on to the next.
• If you wish to go back to the previous question, simply click the left arrow at the bottom of each question.
• If you wish to pause and continue the question later, simply click "Save and Continue Later" in the top right corner of the box.
